When Mecca Design Inc. challenged us to build the electronics for an HHO generator, we couldn't refuse such a cool project.
The electronic part of the project is to build a dual pulse width modulator to electrically generate two kinds of Hydrogen from the water. The unit also must have lights for feedback and complete adjustments for tweaking afterwards.
That's all I can talk about at this time but I'll keep you, my reader, posted as the project progresses. If I'm allowed to.

Just starting the 1st circuit board.

I love starting a new project!!

Prepping the main enclosure.

Back of tuning adjustment box
|
We needed some re-design work so we built this mockup unit to tune and test it.
|
The mockup unit needed refinement, so we added boards so that the caps could be closer and to ease in chip replacement.
|
We changed out the pots so we could tune the resonant circuit more accurately.
