When Mecca Design Inc. challenged us to build the electronics for an HHO generator, we couldn't refuse such a cool project.

The electronic part of the project is to build a dual pulse width modulator to electrically generate two kinds of Hydrogen from the water.
The unit also must have lights for feedback and complete adjustments for tweaking afterwards.

That's all I can talk about at this time but I'll keep you, my reader, posted as the project progresses.  If I'm allowed to.
Just starting the 1st circuit board.
I love starting a new project!!
Prepping the main enclosure.
1st and 2nd boards
Back of tuning adjustment box
Front of tuning adjuster
We needed some re-design work so we built this mockup unit to tune and test it.
The mockup unit needed refinement, so we added boards so that the caps could be closer and to ease in chip replacement.
We changed out the pots so we could tune the resonant circuit more accurately.
